DTA provides continued education through in-house training and corporate sponsored educational opportunities for its staff through accredited universities and colleges as well as certification courses provided by The Community Association's Institute. Regularly held workshops and seminars are also held for our Boards of Directors such as: Effective Budgeting and Reserve Projection, Reading and Understanding Financial Reports, Conducting Effective Meetings, and Managing Committees. We will tailor workshops and training seminars based on the individual needs of our clients.
Principle, Stephanie Dunklee, has provided community association management services in the Greater Houston area since 1990, and founded DTA Community Management Services, Inc. in 1999. Our portfolio consists of communities ranging from 32 to 1200 homes and include townhomes, condominiums, single family communities, master planned communities, estate sized communities, equestrian focused neghborhoods, golf communities, lakefront and resort properties.
Our belief is that community associations and their members are unique and our management style reflects that belief. We customize our management programs based on the specific needs of each client. Whether in the field, at a meeting, or in our office or yours, we are able to efficiently retrieve your community's data and provide you with continuous service. Some of our convenience programs include online payments for homeowners, real time complete banking information for the Board of Directors, e-storage of current and archived records with board member access, and attendance at meetings with all community data accesible through our notebooks or tablets. We also provide bilingual translations in mailings and have Spanish speaking customer service representatives.
